Everything has been really busy lately with university ending and as a result the website has been neglected. In the next few months I plan to re-design the site and focus the site around a blog and less of a portfolio.
Shiftedfocus is home to Tim Smalley´s personal website, online blog and design portfolio. Tim is currently on BSc (Hons) degree course called Digital Arts and Technology where he has just finished a work placement at TwoFour Digital. Tim is skilled in a variety of software packages such as Adobe Suite and has a passion to create attractive, accessible, useable, and standards-compliant websites. Tim builds websites using well-structured and meaningful XHTML and CSS and can enhance them using JavaScript and Ajax which degrades gracefully. Tim also has knowledge of browser bugs and compatibility, and is able to successfully optimise websites for search engines (SEO).
