Since the introduction of World Wide Web we were able to distinguish different periods of popularity of different technologies. In the beginning plain websites were the most popular and their content was strictly informative. With time the authors of such websites began to include graphics in order to make such websites more appealing to viewers. Few years later we had a real boom connected with blogs. A lot of people began to run their own blog were they were writing about their personal life as well as about things that are interesting to them. To tell you the truth such blogs are still popular nowadays. But there was an innovation in this matter. Nowadays not only can we write on the blog but we might also run a blog consisting only of pictures with short captions, so called photo blogs, or a video blog. What is a video blog? The purpose of such blog is the same as the purpose of standard blog. But here instead of writing notes we upload videos. So instead of writing something we are just speaking to the camera that is recording this. I have even seen a video blog about how to sell gold. That means that such blogs are very popular. Actually it is the most popular form of blog as it was proven that people nowadays don´t like to read and they are not forced to do it when watching a video blog.
